treatment of the knee

Knee pain can occur in two ways - from a direct injury or more gradually over time.
A direct injury can be caused by twisting the joint while playing sports. A gradual onset, on the other hand, may be due to poor movement patterns, repetitive exertion, or congenital disorders.
